JOB TITLE: Sustainability Supply Chain Lead, Sustainability Manager, Sustainability Officer, Agriculture Sustainability Lead

 COMMUTABLE FROM:  Remote working with travel

 SALARY AND BENEFITS:

 COMPANY INFORMATION: My client is one of the premier global food providers, my client partners with the world’s leading foodservice and retail food brands to provide concept-to-table solutions that delight consumers around the globe. My client currently supply’s some of the UK’s Leading Food Chains and operate more than 60 manufacturing facilities worldwide.

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

  • Experience developing, implementing and managing sustainability policies within a manufacturing environment
  • Experienced in dealing with suppliers
  • Degree qualified would be advantageous in Food science/ Economics/ agriculture or sustainability
  • Application from with previous Experience working as a technical manager working on sustainability policies will be considered

ROLE INFORMATION: My client is looking to recruit a Sustainability Supply Chain Lead to be based remotely with travel to various manufacturing sites in the UK and suppliers in the UK. Duties within the role include:

  • Liaising extensively with key internal and external stakeholders from a variety of backgrounds and cultures
  • Oversees all internal and external customer communication around Sustainability
  • Ensures customer requirements are met in a timely manner
  • Prepares budgets, schedules, and other organisational reports in relation to Sustainability
  • Manages team workloads in order to meet goals and deadlines
  • Develops plans to increase Sustainability interactions with our supply base
  • Works closely with other departments to promote Sustainability
  • Identifies improvement areas and plans and implements systems to boost company Sustainability profile
  • Assists Country Sustainability teams in delivering both OSI and customer’s Sustainability expectations
