JOB TITLE:  Sales Support Administrator/Sales Administrator/Contracts Administrator


COMMUTABLE FROM: Hull, Hessle, Cottingham, Anlaby, Willerby, Brough, North Ferriby, Beverley, Hedon



  • £23,000 – £25,000 DOE
  • 25 holidays + bank holidays
  • 37.5 hour working week (Monday – Thursday 8 until 4:30, Friday 8 until 1:30)

COMPANY INFORMATION: Our client are a specialist and leading manufacturer of pharmaceutical equipment to the NHS and private sector. They are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis.




  • Previous experience in a sales environment
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident with MS Office and Sage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on your own but also in a team environment
  • Confident and proactive approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Great work ethic
  • Good telephone and confident manner
  • Sage 50 and CRM system knowledge
  • Good understanding of margins and commercial awareness



ROLE INFORMATION: Within the Sales Support Administrator role you will be responsible for the identification and development of business leads and building trust within the company brand in the pursuit of new business.



  • Support and achieving growth by successfully managing opportunities
  • General administrative support to the sales team
  • Ensuring administration is completed efficiently
  • Building and maintaining good customer relations
  • Seeking new opportunities and following up enquiries
  • Sales Forecasting
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Maintain competitive costing sheet and implement procedures where required to help streamline systems
  • Build relationships with clients to help provide new business solutions
  • Implement continuous improvement methods to streamline sales processes and secure new business
  • Cement relationships with existing clients and look to build on this where possible with the presentation of new products
  • Look after the customer’s sales process from start to finish
