You will work alongside supportive and experienced Consultants and Managers from the start, which will enable you to become proficient in all aspects of this role.

What will be expected of you: – 

  • Identify and contact suitable candidates on various databases (in house and external) to find suitable candidates for a wide range of vacancies
  • Telephone interview and video interview candidates for live vacancies
  • Pre-screen candidates prior to submission
  • Arrange interviews with Clients and Candidates
  • Prepare candidates for interviews with clients
  • Ensure all documentation is acquired before candidates attend interviews
  • Gain feedback from candidates regarding their interviews
  • Liaise with clients regarding their requirements
  • Build up a network with new and existing candidates to create leads
  • Identify leads and help generate new enquiries
  • Prepare candidates for starting in their new role
  • Produce job adverts for our website and external job boards
  • Other adhoc duties
