COMPANY INFORMATION: Our Client is a market-leading organisation within the Yorkshire area who currently have a large number of projects and contracts in place with leading UK brands.



  • Previous experience and understanding in both S2P and P2P processes
  • Previous experience with due diligence, employer engagement, imbedding new systems and data processes
  • Trained in change management, process mapping, analytics and external market data analysis
  • Excellent MS Excel skills
  • Strong communication and presenting skills
  • Strong teamwork skills and good work ethic
  • Must have a UK driving licence and ability to travel to various company sites.


ROLE INFORMATION: Within the Procurement System and Data Manager role, you will be responsible for the Procurement Processes, Systems and Data Management. You will be the lead in relation to overhauling the collection and storage of data which will aid cost savings and improved services in the business. You will work with the wider Procurement team and take a leading role in the planning and development of procurement systems.



  • To improve and introduce standard processes and procedures for S2P and P2P across the group, including:

o Vendor due diligence and supplier onboarding.

o Introduce spend categories.

o Work with the BU’s to introduce material master information and specifications. o SRM & Vendor performance systems. •

  • Introduce SLA’s & KPI’s (both procurement and suppliers).
  • Analysing procurement data – highlighting risks and reporting.
  • Presentation of data to procurement team and wider stakeholder network.
  • Gather, analyse, interpret, and advise on market intelligence.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships across the different businesses to ensure full buy-in to the purchasing strategy and targets.
  • Ensure full compliance in the execution of Procurement Policies and Procedures.
