Internal Sales Representative
Commutable from: Ferrybridge, Doncaster, Wetherby, Leeds, York, Pontefract, Wakefield, Barnsley, Selby, Scunthorpe etc.
Salary: £26-30K + Bonus+ Excellent benefits including Death in Service, Private Health Care and Pension Scheme.
Company Information:
My client is the UK’s leading producer of Incinerator Bottom Ash Aggregate (IBAA), providing the Construction and Civil Engineering sectors with a sustainable alternative to primary aggregates.
Role Information:
The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support for the sales team and provide monthly sales reports in agreement with the Area Sales Manager and Commercial Director. You will contribute to agreed volume, revenue and profit objectives of the business through the management and development of targeted customer accounts.
Duties:
- Provide administrative support for the sales team
- Manage quotations and orders accurately and efficiently
- Demonstrate a technical knowledge of products and promote the sale of branded products where possible
- Achieve set KPI’s
- Maintain and build good relationships with customers
You must have the following:
- Previous successful sales / account management experience in the construction products sector – preferably aggregates.
- The successful candidate will be great at dealing with people – particularly at building relationships.
- The ability to understand specifications and to competently demonstrate compliance whilst being an excellent communicator, in writing and face-to-face.
- Computer Literacy with an in-depth knowledge of Market Intelligence Tools and Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated, methodical, persistent, confident, and articulate, accurate and flexible.
