JOB TITLE:  Inbound Sales Advisor

COMMUTABLE FROM:  Beverley, Cottingham, Hessle, Anlaby, Hull, Skidby, Walkington, Willerby etc

SALARY AND BENEFITS:

COMPANY INFORMATION:  My client is a leading Network and Broadband provider looking for a driven, sales focused individual to progress their career within the business.

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:  My client is on the lookout for confident people with a flair for sales who are motivated to hit target. They have some big plans for growth and as one of their sales advisors you will play a big part in them.  You will be someone who gives it their all, can build rapport and trust, and show empathy and resilience.

The role is all about asking the right questions to understand what is important to the customer. You will get to know them and quickly work out what they need. With best-in-class products you will be able to put together perfect packages just for them.

ROLE INFORMATION:  In the role of Inbound Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer contact through a variety of channels. You will be taking calls from potential and existing customers, offering them award winning products such as full fibre broadband. The role is mostly inbound, but you will also be using their systems to make outbound calls to warm leads which have requested a call back.

More specifically, you will:

  • Work towards monthly sales targets
  • Be the first point of contact for new/existing customers
  • Listen carefully to each customer’s needs and find right solutions every time
  • Process sales orders and create upsells where possible
  • Have the ability to engage in fun, pleasant conversations with our customers
  • Monitor and feedback information on marketing offers, market condition and trends
