My client is a leading organisation that supply various products and training programs to the Manufacturing sector. They are a growing business on the outskirts of Hull who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Executive on a Permanent basis. The position will be working on a Monday to Friday days-based role.

• Must be flexible and able to multitask effectively
• Excellent organisation skills
• Basic knowledge on Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook
• Good communication skills and telephone manner
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a sales/account management setting
Reporting to the Director, the Customer Service Executive will be responsible for sales and administration relating to customer accounts including duties such as providing quotations and proposals, processing customer orders, dealing with inquiries, and administrational duties along with providing day-to-day support to the team.
• Answer incoming calls professionally.
• Prepare quotations and proposals for clients using Sage, using the cost calculator to provide accurate pricing
• Process customer orders, prepare quotations, and deal with customer inquiries
• Handle and find resolutions to customer service issues – liaise with operations where relevant
• Support colleagues out selling e.g. preparing information for client visits, taking visit notes over the phone to upload to CRM.
• Support the sales team with following leads from marketing activity
• Follow-up on quotations and orders
