£25,000 – £30,000 + Bonus Scheme

Company
My client is a leading organisation that supplies various products to the care sector. They work closely with distributors and contractors to help drive quality and innovation. They are a growing business who are looking to recruit a Consumer Sales Executive on a Permanent basis. The position will be working on a Monday to Friday working 8.00am-4.30pm (Flexible)
You must have the following:
- Previous experience in a B2C sales background
- Must be flexible and able to multi-task effectively.
- Excellent organisation skills
- Good communication skills and telephone manner
- Be sales driven whilst being empathetic and supportive.
- Can do and positive attitude.
- Excellent telephone manner and telephone sales skills
Role:
The main purpose of the role is to take initial/cold leads through the end user sales pipeline taking it from initial contact, to quote and order stage. You will work closely with the Frontline Sales Advisors to pick up potential leads that have gone cold to develop them back into winnable leads.
Duties:
- Calling initial leads to identify customer requirements.
- Follow up leads to build relationships with customers and convert leads into sales.
- Work with marketing to ensure leads are contacted in the most appropriate way to give maximum chance of conversion into a sale.
- Assist with telemarketing and outbound call campaigns.
