CAD Technician
COMMUTABLE FROM: Hull, Beverley, Leeds, Doncaster, Grimsby, Scunthorpe
SALARY AND BENEFITS: £25,000 – £35,000 – Freelance would also be considered
COMPANY INFORMATION: My Client is a medium sized Consulting Engineers based in Yorkshire. Due to an increase in workload they are looking to recruit a Civil Structural CAD Technician to join their team on a permanent basis. Freelancers would also be considered on an interim basis.
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Previous experience working in a design based environment
- Excellent communication skills and IT skills
- Revit would be essential for the permanent role
- Some Architectural knowledge would be advantageous
ROLE INFORMATION:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the production of engineering drawings in accordance with project requirements. The successful candidate will have experience of producing civil/structural engineering drawings including detailing for projects in a variety of sectors. Working knowledge of Revit is essential for this role for the permanent role and some Architectural knowledge would be advantageous. Freelancers with 2D CAD Detailing experience will also be considered. Remote working may also be an option on a short-term basis.
