It’s a very exciting time at ROS and as part of our continued growth, we are seeking energetic Business Development Advisors looking to start their career in the recruitment industry.

You will work alongside our supportive and experienced consultants and managers from the start, to become proficient in all aspects of this role.

What will be expected of you: –

Create a proactive telemarketing and face to face business development campaign alongside an agreed client sector.
Develop a growth plan to promote the company and the services we provide.
Process leads and enquiries in terms of adding them to company CRM system and contact them to ascertain suitability to be an RoS client
To ensure our CRM system is continually updated.
Ensure focused BDA campaigns are conducted with the objectives of securing increased year on year profitable business.
Offering a first-class service experience to customers
Work towards and achieve agreed targets
Attracting new Clients through marketing activities and initiatives
Ensuring systems/procedures are adhered to inline with ISO9001
Attending client meetings/ Site visits
