You will work alongside our supportive and experienced consultants and managers from the start, to become proficient in all aspects of this role.

What will be expected of you: – 

  • Create a proactive telemarketing and face to face business development campaign alongside an agreed client sector.
  • Develop a growth plan to promote the company and the services we provide.
  • Process leads and enquiries in terms of adding them to company CRM system and contact them to ascertain suitability to be an RoS client
  • To ensure our CRM system is continually updated.
  • Ensure focused BDA campaigns are conducted with the objectives of securing increased year on year profitable business.
  • Offering a first-class service experience to customers
  • Work towards and achieve agreed targets
  • Attracting new Clients through marketing activities and initiatives
  • Ensuring systems/procedures are adhered to inline with ISO9001
  • Attending client meetings/ Site visits
