Appointment Setter / Lead Generation Executive / Business Development Executive
Commutable from Anlaby, Beverley, Cottingham, Hessle, Hull, Skidby, Walkington, Willerby
£30,000 + Bonus (OTE £35K)

Company
My client is a leading organisation that supply various products to the care sector. They work closely with distributors and contractors to help drive quality and innovation. They are a growing business who are looking to recruit an Appointment Setter on a Permanent basis. The position will be working on a Monday to Friday working 8.00am-4.30pm (Flexible)
You must have the following:
- Previous experience in sales/lead generation
- Must be flexible and able to multi-task effectively
- Excellent organisation skills
- Basic knowledge on Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook
- Tenacity and resilience to reach decision makers and book meetings
- Good communication skills and telephone manner
- Sales focused and driven
- Loves talking to people over the phone
Role:
The role of the Appointment setter is to research new potential business leads and establish the names of the key decision makers. It is a phone based role generating new business leads to book face to face visits for the sales team.
The aim is to book 15-20 appointments per week for the Sales team and KPIs include number of conversations with key decision makers and booked face to face appointments.
The target market of potential new leads ranges from care homes, construction projects, hotels and mobility retailers.
