JOB TITLE: HR Administrator


COMMUTABLE FROM:  Gloucester, Cheltenham, Tewkesbury, Bath, Swindon, Cirencester, Bristol



  • £25,000 – £27,000 per annum

COMPANY INFORMATION: My client specialises in the Environmental Services sector and provides waste treatment and recovery services. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis.

The purpose of the role is to work as part of the Human Resources team providing high quality service to ensure that policies and procedures are applied fairly and consistently. You will support the HR Managers, Business Partners and Directors on a day-to-day basis in a busy HR team.


  • Be the first point of contact for all HR related queries
  • Draft all ER letters by reading the meeting notes and liaising with HRBP’s working remotely
  • Liaison with Payroll to ensure timely and accurate transfer of information
  • Responsible for the day to day management of Employee life cycle documentation and processes
  • Compiling reports and spreadsheets
  • Manage and update the company HR system
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process, liaising with Line Manager, Recruitment agencies and other web-based Job sites as appropriate
  • Providing administrative support to managers, HR BP and HR Director
  • Set up and maintain personnel filing systems and database
  • Coordinate HR projects
