Get to know the Team – Introducing Layla Louth

We have recently welcomed Layla Louth to the team as an Apprentice Administrator. Layla left Secondary School in 2022 and passed with glowing results and joined the world of work not long after.

Layla is a social butterfly who enjoys going to concerts. Get to know Layla Louth as we interview her on how she has found her apprenticeship, her hobbies and favourite food…

How have you found your time at RoS? 

So far I have really enjoyed my time at RoS and can’t wait to progress and learn more here. Everyone has made the transition from going from school to work life much less daunting and have been really understanding of the fact.

What do you enjoy about your role? 

I enjoy learning about the different job roles and seeing my colleagues everyday!

How are you finding your apprenticeship? 

I am finding my apprenticeship manageable by making sure I keep up to date with all my work and my college tasks so I don’t fall behind. I also have the support of my colleagues and my tutor if I am struggling with anything.

What do you like to do in your spare time? 

Apart from going to concerts, in my spare time; I enjoy spending time with my friends and going to the gym.

One meal you could eat every day if you had to? 

One meal I could eat every day is pizza! My favourite is chicken and sweetcorn.

Who is the last artist you saw live? 

The last artist I saw live was Jack Harlow. I have tickets to see The Weeknd next June and I can’t wait!

Favourite TV Show? 

My favourite tv show is either Gossip Girl or The Vampire Diaries. I have watched both 3 times over and I am still not sick of them.

Any secret talents? 

My secret talent is gymnastics. I competed for 7 years and loved it! However, after getting injured, it never healed back to how it was.

Three words to describe you? 

Three words to describe me would be; outgoing, funny and friendly
